I had a fantastic time with Randy Young and the other Sleepytown Press authors at the Decatur Book Festival over Labor Day weekend. I sold a few books and made some new friends. I was able to hand out of lot of business cards advertizing the website and The Epsilon Wish. There was a definite spike in the number of hits to the site for several days afterward.
Sales are going smoothly so far, but I still haven't received a statement from on-line sales. Some friends bought the book through Amazon.com, but I have no idea how many, or if my readership has expanded much beyond family, friends, aquaintances, students and former students. I'm planning a couple of books signings later in the fall or after the first of the year. I'll keep everyone posted and try to get out additional publicity. It would be fun to pitch the book to the crew on WTOK's Good Morning Meridian.
